WAN (Wide Area Network) - A network connecting computers within very large geographical areas, such as states, countries, and the world. It connects several physically remote locations one to the other. The Wide area networks WANs we might propose or setup might make use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) across the public Internet, or more traditional Leased Circuits from telecoms companies. Alternatively Frame Relay, ISDN or other technologies may be incorporated dependent on usage and budget criteria.

LAN Diagram (Local Area Network)
A network connecting computers in a relatively small area such as a building. A Local Area Network (LAN) delivers applications to local users, and provides the infrastructure for group collaboration, file sharing and transfer, printing and the rest of the user experience. Our LAN designs take into account the needs for resilience, security, Quality of service and scalability.

Edraw Network Diagram enables network and system administrators to plan, create, and maintain their networks by providing a clear and detailed graphic representation of their basic network structure.

Managing a computer network today is no small task. In addition to controlling access to printers and files over the network, most administrators must also manage security and access, optimize traffic flow across Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), coordinate repair and maintenance of network equipment, and oversee data backup, storage, and recovery.

Basic Network Diagram Software

Basic Network Diagrams

Creating a basic network diagram is an effective way to design and document a simple network. A basic network diagram can help you show logically how different devices will be installed to meet business needs.

Using Edraw Network Diagram, you can quickly create a basic network diagram using shapes that resemble common network topologies and devices. The connectors on the network topology shapes attach easily to the device shapes. Once connected, the devices remain attached, even when moved.

You can store data, such as network name and IP address, with the shapes provided. Once you've entered the data, you can generate richly detailed reports for those who need data on all the devices in a particular drawing.

Detailed Cisco Network Diagram

Identifiable network icons are used to depict common network appliances. For example: Router, and the style of lines between them indicate the type of connection. Clouds are used to represent networks external to the one pictured for the purposes of depicting connections between internal and external devices, without indicating the specifics of the outside network. The server is further connected to a printer and a gateway router, which is connected via a WAN link to the Internet.

Cisco Network Diagram Software:
Cisco uses its own brand of networking symbols. Since Cisco has a large Internet presence and designs a broad variety of network devices, its list of symbols is exhaustive. For CISCO specific network drawing diagrams, Edraw is supplied with CISCO specific diagrams shape library.

Edraw Network Diagram is ideal for network engineers and network designers who need Cisco network Diagram Software. Intuitive interface helps to draw accurate Cisco network diagrams in a minutes. Just drag and drop pre-drawn shapes representing computers and network devices. Double click and set equipment data. Draw and auto connect lines representing data.
